- for the highlands – 30 km/h;
- on the serpentines – 15 km/h.
Number of lanes: 2.
The width of the lanes excluding broadening of the curves: 3?5 m.
The largest longitudinal slopes of major roads: 120‰.
The smallest curve radii: 45 m;
- On the serpentines – 15 m.
The smallest radius of vertical curves:
- convex – 600 m;
- concave – 200 m.
Construction complex is a highway, bridge, upstream and downstream retaining walls and small engineering structures.
The length of the projected road – 6,023 km.
Reconstruction of utilities:
- A gas pipeline diameter up to 108 mm – 0.85 pm,
- Water pipe diameter from 50 to 1200 mm – 1152 pm,
- Sewers diameter from 300 mm – 3125 pm.
